this looks like you are lip
singing...i was looking back to see if he were looking back to see.

I had a bad few Jr. High years. The girl who was my friend all though grade school went "boy crazy". Boys were all that was on her mind. I was not like that so that crowd sort of left me out. I had to find new friends and I did
but this left a "mark" on me. I don't fully trust friends as I once did. the old friend buttered up to me one week in Jr. high and wanted to come to our farm to stay all night...I was thrilled. Well, she wanted to sneak out and met a boy down the road and run to the bushes with him.

My new friends included some that have stayed my friends and like you I still meet Jonell once in awhile to visit. We still send birthday cards. Her nephew is marrying Patsy's granddaughter next month. How sweet now we will be related.

We were lip singing to "Camp - something or another" Since I was the first page editor of the paper - I ended up with some fun pictures

I was also Editor of my high school paper and envisioned myself writing books!! I still may someday as I have not completely lost that need to write.

Unlike you Winnie, Betty was in her prime when she was in High School. For punnishment Daddy would make her stay home from School. He always made me go to school when I was in trouble. Betty and I have never been alike. Betty was an odd one in our family. She was always too nice!
