Labor Day 2

Yesterday was another long work day....some how when you are retired, housework really seems like work. I worked hard on my wood floor, washed windows and finished with washing my car that Mike got really dirty in St.Louis last weekend.
Today I will be helping with a funeral dinner at church...then I will start to get the backpacks ready for assemble this Sat. morning. I also know for a whole year that the girls are coming the 2nd Sat. in September...but I just leave it to the last minute to get ready.
Next Tues. I am in charge of a huge auction....then maybe some fun!

Working Labor Day

This coming Sat. I have my Guild coming to assemble backpack for our adopted elementary school. So...I am adding to the brown and polishing kitchen cabinets. Where is the picnic today?
