My son said this was about a 42 Indian...Well they look like the 42 but they may have made them from the 40's on with the same style ( headlight and front fender). The Indians were used in WW2 my the army.

Mom rode, but believe me, never drove. It is 40 something Indian and he did use it as a dispatcher in WW11.
