Preparing for Friday....

We to the hospital today and did my pre-operative lab work. Wish I could wrap my brain around having this surgery on Friday....I should be home on Saturday. Then...I will be housebound until March 1st.

That's a long time to be house bound....Are they just removing polyps? Or is this something worse....I thought this was going to be something simple....

Well, I hope it goes well. Guess the colon problem comes from Grandpa Richard Powell. He had colon trouble.
Hopefully it will all go great.

They are removing a tumor in the lower rectum and rebuilding the rectum....ugh! My prayer is that all the biopsy informations continues to not show cancer...if it does, we will deal with it. Thanks for your love, prayers and concerns.

OK, Winnie, tomorrow is the C Day--colon day. I will spend a little time in my bathrrom at school on my knees for your comfort to be met.
