I hadn't mentioned that I am hobbled again...down all week trying to rest foot left knee and right foot...Cane! Finally have appointment in AM with the specialist...so maybe next week will be a little pain free. Maybe I will get the knee shots like last summer...they have lasted almost 9 months...any way...the sun is shinning😎

Winnie, I think i remember how. Glad you only had shots. I think Mike had the knee replacement? Am I right. Hope you don't have to, but we both may go there some day. I have horrible arthritis in both knees, my ankles, and even my toes!
Mike has had both knees replaced...I have had knee shots...but my feet are almost the worst...I hope he can help me tomorrow with this horrible discomfort...I absolutely hate walking with a cane:(

I got my bunions from Grandma Powell. I know if I could take off 30 or 40 pounds my knees would be better. Erin said every pound adds 4 pounds to your knees. Oh, if I could have only gotten Aunt Fleta and Winnie's skinny genes instead of the Thomas' families fat ones.
