Tomorrow I will go down and work at our church food pantry. Last Wednesday we set a new record...the folks can only come once a month, but the word is spreading that we have a food pantry. This is about he 5th year, but the needs are so much greater.
My funny from Sam today is that he told his Mom that his favorite President is William Taft...when asked why...it is because he had a cow at the White House and he had a mustache. I asked if he new that he got stuck in the White House bathtub and had to have 6 people pull him out...haven't had a response from him yet.
Kris is interviewing for a new job at UMB....I am on pins and needles.

working at the food pantry must be hard work. sammy used to go one here and he convinced me to go the time our electrice went out and I lost all my food in the freezer about 3 years ago. I went once and I was so disgusted most of the people there had worked at tyson and plain were lazy and wouldn't work. I never went back and convinced sammy not to go either. I believe most people could do better if they tried. they just are bums and don't try.
I know old people if the income is low perhaps they need help but most every body else needs to get off their rear and try to help them selves.
