I have a mess

I'm trying to add a blog link to my posts once again...I can not accomplish this....help!

pull up the page you want to add the link for click on the title at the top of the page where it says http://www what ever ok? then when that turns blue you press Ctrl an the letter C at the same time. then you go to your post page just like you are posting and hit Ctrl and the letter V the link will be in your post.
